About:

I am a computer scientist with the Future Technologies Group in the Computer Science and Mathematics Division of Oak Ridge National Laboratory. My research focuses on developing tools for application performance modeling and automatic understanding of application performance bottlenecks. My broader interests area includes software technologies for high performance computing, operating systems, compiler technology and parallel algorithms.

I received my PhD and MS in Computer Science from Rice University where I worked with Prof. John Mellor-Crummey. I received a BS in Computer Science from POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest.
