CSM's Future Technologies Group
in 2005 from
NASA
to explore new algorithms and architectures
harnessing the power of Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) for future scientific supercomputing
(including rapid solution of large matrix equation systems). Olaf earned
his Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from NCSU and served on the Graduate Faculty of GWU
and CNU.
